Informative note formerly art. 13 D.Lgs. n.196/2003 regarding the use of data, the D.lgs. n. 196 del 30 giugno 2003 ("Legislation regarding the protection of personal data") sets out provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the handling and use of personal data. According to the aforementioned code, said handling and use will be based on the principles of correctness, legitimacy, and transparency and on protecting the privacy and the rights of the subjects involved. Therefore, pursuant to and in accordance with article 13 del D.lgs. n.196/2003, Musicmedia attests to the following: A) Data supplied by the User will be used for the following purposes: delivering required services, including customer assistance through communication supplied via telephone, electronic mail, fax, ordinary postal services; managing customer relationships, including sending technical or administrative information by telephone, electronic mail, fax, ordinary postal services; satisfying all necessary accounting and fiscal requirements; tracing authors of any eventual unlawful acts, only if and when specific request has been made by competent authorities, or to meet control requirements established by the Garante for the protection of personal data. In compliance with the obligations established by law, Musicmedia will record and store all activity up to the logs of access and of Internet services. These data are maintained on electronic support devices according to security measures prescribed by law and are processed in order to present them to the competent authority and only if requested by said authority. Customer data can be communicated to Musicmedia employees and collaborators responsible for data processing, and to external third parties that operate on behalf of or in assistance to Musicmedia only in response to those controls mandated by law, for the delivery of services requested by the User (including customer service), and for routine commercial, fiscal and economic administration. The data will be retained only for the above-mentioned reasons on electronic or paper-based support devices. In the event of the client refusal’s to supply data requested it will not be possible to provide for the conferral of data as required by law or deliver said services. B) Moreover, with his consent, customer data can be processed also to send sales and other commercial information relative to Musicmedia services to the User (via electronic mail, telephone, fax or ordinary postal services). Handling will be paper based and converted to electronic form adopting the security measures prescribed by law and data used for this purpose will not under any circumstances be communicated to third parties. C) The User is the owner according to the laws on privacy and is responsible for the contents entered on the network and attributable to him in virtue of the identification code and password. The contents of the registration with account and password are held on our server only for the time technically necessary to deliver the service requested. Musicmedia is the owner of the processing. The interested party can exercise his rights with the owner of the processing at any time, in accordance with Article 7 of D.lgs.196/2003. D) Giving consent. In accordance with Article 13 of D. Lgs. n. 196/2003, the signer attests his own free consent to the owner so that the owner can proceed with the processing of personal data according to the procedures outlined in this information sheet, item D, including the communication and diffusion, however obligating him to respect all conditions imposed by law. In the absence of consensus no services will be able to be delivered.
