Matteo Bellotto, studied singing, clarinet and music education at the Conservatory of Parma, Modena and Bologna
. Specializing in baroque repertoire, collaborates with the ensemble Concerto Italiano, I Barocchisti, Cappella Mediterranea.
He sang at Lufthansa festivals in London, Auditorium National of Madrid, in Regensburg and Melk.
He sang at the Herne Festival, the Cité de la Musique in Paris and recorded Lutheran Mass by J. S. Bach
under the direction of G. Leonhardt at Teatro La Scala in Milan, at the Opera of Oslo, in Seattle, in Stuttgart, Festival of Innsbruck and Liege. Regularly participates in major European baroque music festivals such as the Festival Monteverdi in Cremona, Ambronay Festival, Bruges, Anversa, Utrecht, Buenos Aires, Wroclaw.
He made several tours in the United States and Japan. He collaborates with the orchestra and choir of the Radio Svizzera Italiana, with whom he has recorded as a soloist. He has recorded for various labels: Naive, Glossa, Symphonia, Tactus, Brilliant.
