Roberto Paruzzo

Roberto Paruzzo was born in Milan, Italy. He studied with Franco Gei, pupil of Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli and graduated with full honours, distinction and special mention at the Conservatory “G. Verdi” of Milan. Winner of various piano contests, he performed throughout Italy and Europe, while cooperating with important organizations; Teatro Goldoni and La Fenice (Venice), Teatro Ponchielli (Cremona), Teatro Bibiena (Mantua), Serate Musicali and Società dei Concerti (Milan), Festival Internazionale delle Nazioni (Città di Castello), Accademia Filarmonica Romana, Teatro Sociale (Trento), Auditorium Haydn (Bolzano), Teatro Eden (Treviso), Teatro Goldoni (Florence), Teatro Filarmonico (Verona), Teatro Regio (Parma), Teatro Da Ponte (Vittorio Veneto), Auditorium Pollini (Padua), Teatro Nuovo (Udine), Teatro Toniolo (Venezia) etc. He gave recitals in Switzerland (Theater Volkhaus in Zurich, Theater Basel, Theater im National in Berna), Austria (Theater Montforthaus in Feldkirch), Germany (Hebbel Theater – Berliner Festspiele), France (Opera de Nice), Belgium (Concertgebouw in Brugge, Brussel, Antwerpen), London, Hong-Kong and Istanbul. He played as a soloist with famous Orchestras (Symfonieorkest van Vlaanderen, Haydn Orchestra of Bolzano e Trento, Orchestre de l’Opera de Nice, Orchestra Teatro Donizetti of Bergamo, Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto, Orchestra Sinfonica del Friuli Venezia Giulia) with Youri Simonov, David Angus, Fabrizio Maria Carminati, Johannes Wildner, Zsolt Hamar and Tiziano Severini. He has performed in many production for RAI television and RTSI Switzerland.
