Luca Dordolo, studied piano at the Conservatorio Tartini in Trieste and graduated in singing with full marks and honors from the Conservatorio of Venice.
In 1994 he won the competition As.Li.Co. in Milan. He has attended master classes with Leyla Gencer, Renata Scotto, with the Belgian maestro Serge Wilfart in France. He has collaborated with renowned conductors such as Riccardo Muti, Zubin Meta, René Jacobs, Claudio Scimone, Rinaldo Alessandrini, Corrado Rovaris, Diego Fasolis and Ottavio Dantone. He has performed at La Scala in Milan, the San Carlo in Naples, the Teatro Comunale in Florence, the Teatro Comunale in Bologna, Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York and Champs Elysée in Paris.
He has performed with the Wiener Philharmoniker under Riccardo Muti’s conduction at the Salzburg Festival and at St. Denis Festival. He collaborates with “Concerto Italiano”, with ” La Cappella della Pietà dei Turchini”, with the “Complesso Barocco” and the “Barocchisti”.
It was a guest at the prestigious festival in Cremona dedicated to Claudio Monteverdi and the Teatro alla Scala in Milan. He has recorded for Opus 111, Naive, Fonit Cetra and Glossa.
