Giangiacomo Pinardi

Giangiacomo Pinardi specialised in the study of plucked antique instruments with Massimo Lonardi, followed by annual courses with the Scuola di Musica Antica of Venice.


As a soloist and continuo player, he has collaborated with numerous ensembles specialised in the repertoire of the barocco and renaissance eras (I Barocchisti, Zefiro, Balthasar Neumann Ensemble, I Soloisti Veneti, Alessandro Stradella Consort…).

From 2001 he has worked with the Europa Galante ensemble directed by Fabio Biondi. He also has over sixty published recordings.
